Terms and Conditions for Online Payments

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any online payment on our website. By proceeding with an online payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We accept payments via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, PayPal, GCash, etc. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway provider. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.

3. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your online payment, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided during the transaction. This confirmation will include your transaction details, such as the amount paid, transaction ID, and the date of payment. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on our website are in US Dollar (USD) & Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. While we strive for accuracy in amount of donation, errors may occur. In the event of a amount of donation error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any donation placed at the incorrect price.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy for online payments is as follows:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days upon confirmation between the donor and our finance representative.
  • Refunds are only applicable for those members who contacted our finance representative and requested for refund.
  • Processing fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your online payments. All sensitive information, such as credit card details, is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology during transmission. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your own devices and internet connection.

We will not share your payment information with third parties except as necessary to process your payment or as required by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
